STRAND stands behind the quality of every order. If goods arrive damaged or materially deviate from the agreed specification, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos and lot numbers. Valid claims are resolved by replacement, repair, or credit note. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective; please confirm samples before mass production to avoid surprises.
